Life and Design.

We are Jared and Samantha Stodelle, founders and principals of Stodelle House. We are your partners in everything interior design and experts in the visual environment.

We founded our San Diego interior design studio because we wanted to bring art and visual storytelling to the forefront of design conversations. Artwork is an important element of design, that often gets left behind in the design process, and even furniture budgets, leaving owners and facility managers to deal with having to finish our thought. It started to feel like the very people who hired our professional design expertise were the ones left to deliver the final design intent, aka the cherry on top. The more we thought about it, the less sense it made, and Stodelle House was born.

Our studio is led by Samantha, who is a CID and NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, with 18 years working on residential and commercial projects. Jared, is an experienced Operations Manager, who provides supports our studio with business development, sales and day to day operations. Together we strive to create a studio that is synonymous with community, fosters collaboration and knows boundless creative expression.

When we are not busy working on your projects, we enjoy spending time with our kids, age 5 and 16, and our families who are always close by. Restaurants, museums, theme parks, escape rooms, concerts, family reunions and travel are always topics of conversation at our house. We love to have fun, go on big adventures, and life life balanced in kindness and peace.
